Delete your Digital Nomad Visa account
You can permanently delete your account and linked app data either from the web account tools or by sending a deletion request from your registered email address.
Fastest method
- Sign in to your Digital Nomad Visa account on the website.
- Open Settings → Account & Security.
- Under Your Data, choose Delete My Account and confirm with your password.
Request deletion without opening the installed app
Email info@miagroup.cc from the email address registered to your account. Use the subject Digital Nomad Visa account deletion request. MIA Group may ask you to verify account ownership before deletion.

- Account profile and login record
- Saved visa assessments and linked profile data
- Saved countries and comparison items
- Product feedback, presence and account-linked analytics records
- Consultation/contact records linked to the account where deletion is legally permitted
